Sketch of another villa in Prague-Troja. Complicated 8-shaped sloped site with a walking path and a family house next to its borders. There are designed two basic volumes, connected by a stair hall. In the upper volume, entered by a street, there is a garage, guest´s flat and small wellness. In the lower volume, there are four bedrooms with two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a terraces. The second floor of the lower level is opened to a view of a Prague panorama by a glass facade.
