Sketch of a villa in Prague-Troja. The site is gently sloped, closely in the north-south direction. A design of a house is based on a simple scheme of a two indoor volumes, enclosed by two "floating roofs" and more or less glazed facades. In the first, entry floor, there is a garage for four vehicles, spacious living room, kitchen, closet and a toilette. The second floor is designed with three bedrooms with two bathrooms and two big terraces. There is a basement level with a fitness room, sauna, wine room and technical room.
